In addition to my private practice, I currently volunteer as a Counsellor and Assessor for a counselling charity in Winchester who provide affordable counselling, supporting adults through short-term and long-term therapy.
Previous experience includes working with a youth counselling charity in Basingstoke, providing mental health and emotional support to young people, and supporting students in higher education.
Having spent over 30 years in the corporate world in a senior management post, I felt it was time for a change. I am fascinated with ‘what makes us tick’ and how the experiences we have can shape us and influence the life choices we make. This is why I embarked upon a career in counselling.
